From the product page you are interested in, simply indicate the quantity you want in the dedicated field and then click the “Add to Cart” button and proceed to order by following the on-screen directions. From the “Shopping Cart” page, you will be able to enter coupons and promo codes, change product quantities, and update the cart contents before proceeding with the order and payment. In order to complete it, the system will require you to register with the e-shop (“Register”) or log in using the credentials you previously received during registration (“Login”) so that you can enter your personal and shipping and billing information.

You can request an invoice when ordering by simply providing the exact information needed for billing and specifying the shipping address for the invoice.

Your order can be paid with major credit cards through Stripe, an extremely secure payment platform directly integrated into our site, which allows you to make payments by ATM, credit card or reloadable card.

Delivery of products in stock is made in Italy by express courier within 3-5 working days after receipt of the order and related processing of payment. Delivery times may vary in the case of deliveries outside national borders, for which we ask you to contact us directly, or in the case of very large orders or fragile products. In the latter case, the delivery will be made by specialized couriers, with variable timing depending on the volume and destination of the goods. Shipping in Italy is free of charge for orders over €59.00 (VAT included). For orders under that amount, shipping costs €5.99.

Of course. Pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6/09/2005 n.206 (Consumer Code), you can exercise the right to return purchased goods no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. To proceed you will have to communicate your wish to withdraw from the service by sending Nexteos Srl a certified e-mail to nexteos@pec.it and including e-mail address customer@nexteos.it in carbon copy. Alternatively, you can send us a registered letter with return receipt directly to our operating headquarters. The return of previously purchased products will be at your expense, in the original packaging, and upon verification of the good condition of the goods. Nexteos will return the amount of the product purchase price to you within 14 days after receiving the notice, by bank transfer or using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the products subject to withdrawal must not have been used and must not be damaged in any way. Where the returned product has undergone a decrease in value due to mishandling, we will notify you of the relevant amount.
