For the above purposes it is necessary to process:
Common identification and contact data;
Accounting data necessary for billing purposes.
Methods of processing.
The personal data collected will be processed mainly with:
company computer systems and paper files, in compliance with the Security Measures provided for in Article 32 of the GDPR;
personal data will be processed by individuals appointed as data processors in accordance with Article 29 of the GDPR.
Communication of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed to:
External parties that provide website hosting services within the EU;
Platforms that provide DEM services for sending newsletters;
Public and/or private entities whose communication is necessary in fulfillment of legislative obligations;
Consultants and Freelancers.
The Subjects mentioned above have been expressly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR or process the data as autonomous data controllers.
Disclosure of personal data
Personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
Transfer of data to third countries
Personal data are processed within the European Union and stored on servers located there. In any case, the Data Controller assures as of now that any data transfer to non-EU countries will take place in accordance with Article 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
Period of data retention
The retention of your personal data is established according to the following logic:
